  • Ulak platform, logo, design, and software are our property
  • Our trademarks and branding materials are protected
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property
  • All rights not expressly granted are reserved

6.2 User Content

  • You retain ownership of content you provide
  • You grant us a license to use, display, and process your content for service provision
  • We may aggregate and anonymize data for analytics and improvement

6.3 Third-Party Content

  • Content from integrated platforms (Medium, etc.) belongs to respective owners
  • We aggregate publicly available content in accordance with platform terms
  • Users must comply with third-party platform terms of service

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law).

8. Service Availability and Modifications

10. Fees and Payment

Currently, Ulak is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future.

10.2 Future Paid Features

  • We will provide advance notice before implementing fees
  • Pricing and payment terms will be clearly communicated
  • You may choose to discontinue use if you do not accept paid terms

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

11.1 Service Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement of third-party rights
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

11.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not liable for data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the past 12 months
  • These limitations apply even if we have been advised of possible damages

11.3 Turkish Law Compliance

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Turkish law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

14. Termination

14.3 Effect of Termination

15.5 Language

These Terms are provided in English and Turkish. In case of conflict between versions, the Turkish version prevails for Turkish law purposes.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be effective:

  • Immediately upon posting for non-material changes
  • 30 days after notice for material changes

We will notify you via:

  • Email to your registered address
  • Prominent notice on our platform
  • In-app notification

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
